The Challenge for the Business
As a large Group holding the Ford franchise, TC Harrison were already engaged as to the possibilities of the Codeweavers services. They were adamant that the calculations would make their vehicles more affordable, while allowing them to control the finance sell-out price. Their intention was to create a more interactive experience that increased the ‘stickiness’ of their site.
The Solution
TC Harrison engaged their web design and development resource to integrate the YourCarLoan and YourCarMotorInsurance web services. Following integration of the services and the white labelling of the insurance solution to reflect the TC Harrison branding, the site was ready to go live with both Hire Purchase and PCP finance products.
The End Result
TC Harrison are extremely pleased with their integration and the resultant interactivity on offer to customers. The services have undoubtedly gone some way to seeing TC Harrison awarded the Motor Trader award for ‘Dealer Website of the Year’ in July 2008. David Bocking, Group Sales Director, has commented positively on the quality of the integration and the support provided by Codeweavers in terms of assisting their media company with the integration itself.
